NB.
1) There will be no cover for theft and/or malicious acts when the craft and/or trailer are at your home or the address given as the permanent place of storage and not in a locked building. If you do not have access to a locked building as permanent place of storage please refer to R.J.P Marine before cover is effected with details of storage location, security etc. It is also warranted that you must store the seat/hood of your craft in a separate locked building. For certain craft models where the seat/hood is not designed to be removed it is warranted that the craft's battery cover instead must be removed and stored in a separate locked building. It is recommended that the craft without seat is covered with a linen cloth.

2) When away from your home or permanent place of storage there will be no cover for theft under any circumstances where the craft and trailer are not secured by a wheelclamp or a substantial security/anti-theft device when not in a locked building. Please remember that if on a trailer, a substantial security device must lock the craft onto it - if in doubt please ask us.

3) "Water-ski liability" is included for users16 years of age or older and extends to include water-skiing, knee & wake boarding and activities of a similar kind including the use of 'water toys' which are designed to carry no more than 2 people. It is warranted that 'water toys' are used strictly in accord with the manufacturers instructions and recommendations.

4) The craft must always be used in accordance with the prevailing by-laws, rules and regulations wherever it is used for cover to apply. It is essential therefore to be familiar with such regulations and it is recommended that contact is made in advance with the local/port/harbour authority etc if in any doubt.

Other Policy Features
Trailers One single trailer per craft insured up to a value of Ł500 is automatically covered free of charge. Cover is as for the Craft.	Age of User The policy allows use by any authorised person (who has been shown how to use it) 16 years or over. However, any person between the age of 12 & 15 years who has obtained the RYA Personal Watercraft Certificate may be considered and if agreed named on the policy. No cover will apply for ANY user under 16 years of age who is not qualified and named on the policy.
RYA Personal Watercraft Certificate A 10% discount is available for proposers who hold this RYA qualification for personal watercraft. (Applicable to hull premium only).	No Claims Bonus 5% discount per claim free year for up to 4 years (20%). This can be transferred from Personal Watercraft or other marine policies.
Foreign Use This policy is automatically extended to include 30 days holiday use in European waters in any one year.	Cancellation If You cancel your cover a pro rata return of premium will be allowed against the damage section of the policy. The Public Liability premium of Ł167.50 gross (this may reduce where a discount has been applied) will be retained in full. You must return your proof of insurance card before the policy can be cancelled.
